Refund Policy
Summary. Within 30 days of purchase, if the product is not right for you, open your account page and request a refund. No reason needed. The system emails you a confirmation link, and clicking it sends the money back to your card in 5 to 10 business days. Your account is closed as soon as you confirm. Three chapters also stay publicly available so you can preview before you buy.
How to get a refund
- Go to nailonomics.com, log in, open your account page.
- Click Request a refund. The system emails a confirmation to the account address.
- Click the link in that email to confirm.
The link works for 7 days. Nothing happens until you click it, and you can change your mind at any point.
After a refund
The system closes your account once you confirm by email.
After 30 days
Past 30 days the order stands and the refund button disappears from your account. If something is wrong, email [email protected] and a person will read it.

Combo $197
The Combo consists of the web edition and the Workbook (KPI sheet, 49 SMS templates, situational English phrase library, five HighLevel workflows), all digital products on the web reader, and follows the same no-refund policy as above.
A printed color edition has not been released yet. When it is released, a separate replacement policy for print defects will be published on this page.
Special cases
If you believe there is an issue with your order (double charge, email not received, can't log in, etc.), email [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We handle these case by case.
Chargebacks and disputes
Inside 30 days the refund button is the fastest route, a few seconds. Past 30 days the order stands. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank locks the account as soon as we are notified, and that email cannot buy Nailonomics again.
The 30 day term and the supporting records are also sent to your bank to resolve the dispute, if your bank asks for them.
Policy updates
This policy may be revised. The version that applies to your order is the version in effect at the time you paid.
